PFA溶样管加厚聚四氟乙烯透明消解瓶样品瓶：也叫PFA管形瓶、可溶性聚四氟乙烯溶样罐、消解瓶、特氟龙消解管。

产品特点

1、 有化学耐受性，可耐受强酸、强碱、王水、魔酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、硫酸等和有机无机溶剂；

2、低的溶出和析出，可用作样品瓶长期存放高纯试剂和标准品，无其他杂质析出。

3、敞口可高压灭菌，外底平面设计可用电热板加热、蒸压；亦可作消解瓶配套我公司的带孔电热消解仪进行中低压加热实验，建议密闭情况下使用温度不宜超过160℃，敞口可达到250℃；

4、根据实验要求，有U型、V型、平底设计。V型底设计，方便少量样品的收集。常配套我公司带孔电热板使用。

5、高透明度，作为消解瓶、消解管使用的时候，可以观察管内样品的反应情况；

6、客户在加热过程中 实验需要密闭时，高温下管体内会产生一定的压力，容易变形，建议客户使用温度不宜过高，控制在130-160度及以内；若客户需要敞口加热时，我公司设计了配套的带孔盖子，解决了密闭消解带来的弊端，同时也处理敞口消解时空气污染物对样品造成的二次污染；

7、主要用于地质地矿、地球化学、土壤微生物等样品分析消解实验；典型用户：各大地矿所、地球科学院所、各农科院等；

8、其中60ml细长型，可以配套市场上各厂家的石墨消解系统（digestion system）进行消解实验；比如：莱伯泰科，海能、格丹纳等等；与原厂标配的四氟或者玻璃的消解仪相比，洁净度更高，且高透明，可以观察样品反应情况，耐用易于清洗；可配套我公司消解仪使用。
