砂芯过滤装置是化学实验室常用设备，适用于化学分析，卫生检验，环境监测，生物制品，制药工业，科学研究等方面，作滤除微粒和细菌，对于除去影响色谱柱寿命及系统检测精度的杂质，具有重要的作用。在过滤过程中它对液体的脱气效果也是明显的。如油田注水，分析悬浮固体浓度，膜滤系数，颗粒直径以及无菌试验，培养菌除菌过滤。热敏性药物的除菌过滤，达到无菌目的，以及航空煤油、液压油、高纯试剂，水质等分析测定，但是由于市场上都是玻璃的砂芯过滤装置，有些实验会用到氢氟酸但是玻璃的耐受不了，所以本公司用聚四氟乙烯材质的，去掉中间的夹子，采用更稳固的螺纹密封。
溶剂过滤器是由整体分为漏斗式过滤杯、中间砂心过滤头(砂芯滤头)、集液瓶以.配合无油真空泵抽真空配套使用，这些材质均采用聚四氟乙烯原理制成。可用滤膜直径: 25mm 配合微孔滤膜使用，抗温度变化达200℃。
